All characters have acquired a node/siege war only passive skill. This skill is a close-range, long-range, and magical defense increase effect, and you can choose one of the three to invest. If you choose to increase short-range defense, you cannot choose to increase ranged/magic defense.
We are constantly checking the data that occurs in all countries about the situation (class distribution, damage amount, kill death rate) that occurs in node wars and siege wars. In particular, in the case of large-scale battles, the battle aspect varies greatly depending on these situations, and we have added a (optional) defense increase skill so that adventurers can choose and respond to these situations without being too one-sided. In addition, since this skill is exclusively for node and siege wars, instead of investing with skill points as before, it can be acquired by exchanging it for a skill textbook through the newly issued ‘Brilliant Medal of Honor’.
In addition, this passive skill is given to each class so that it can be used by individuals, but if it is judged to be insufficient in a large-scale battle situation, the addition of skills in the guild unit (for node wars and siege wars only) will be considered.

Today’s Black Desert Lab reflects all of the character’s big and small improvements. We focused on upgrading all the characters as much as possible, but in certain situations, the contents that were inevitably lowered are included in the case of a character that is too strong or a skill that has relatively too strong performance despite the increase of the entire character. In the case of unavoidable downward adjustments, we will continue to check even after the official server is reflected and make additional adjustments as necessary.

- The bug that super armor was not applied on the first hit when using the Searing Fang skill after switching from the main weapon to the awakening weapon has been corrected.
Hashashin
- Preceding actions have been added when using the Arid Assault, Succession: Arid Assault skills.
- The Ensnaring Sands I~IV skill’s movement speed reduction effect has been changed to be applied from the time of the first hit.
- After using the Arid Assault skill, it has been improved to enable the connection to the Silent Breach skill.
- The cooldown of Flow: Condemnation skill has been changed from 15 seconds to 12 seconds.
- The flow after the 1st hit of the Collapse skill has been improved to enable the connection to the Flow: Condemnation skill.
Barren Assault is one of the unique skills representing the sergeant, and is one of the most powerful of all Black Desert skills. However, from the standpoint of dealing with Hassain, there were many opinions that many adventurers could not cope with it. We also added precedent movements to this skill so that we can at least see, perceive, and avoid movements when the field of view is secured as this skill is so powerful in all directions.
In the case of awakening, it has been adjusted to enable connection to the quiet gap skill after the dry raid, and the flow: condemnation skill has been improved to reduce cooldown time and improve connection so that it can be used in more various situations.
Nova

- When using Quoratum’s protection skill, it has been improved to restore stamina even when moving in a protected state
Awakening
- The range of stars that appear when using the Star Ring skill explodes and attracts nearby targets has been changed to gradually decrease, and the pulling force has been reduced.
- It has been improved so that you can link faster with the Cruel Link skill while using the Cleave Ring and Freeze Ring skill.
Sage
- This skill has been added to the awakening of Sage characters.
- Only one skill can be acquired with this skill. (However, the additional effect does not apply to the Black Spirit skill.)
- The black spirit’s rage has been expanded so that it can be used for Impaling Flash, Flow: Interrogate and Ator’s Spear skills.
- Black Spirit: Impaling Flash, Black Spirit: Flow: Interrogate, Black Spirit: Ator’s Spear skills have been added to the skill window.
- Each skill can be used as an additional key input such as’Left Click’,’F + Left Click’, etc., depending on the situation while the Black Spirit’s rage is accumulated by 10%, 25%, and 50%, and it features a more dynamic operation key.
- When using each skill, you can receive special effects such as adding the number of hits and increasing the casting speed.
- Elvia-only skills have been added to the awakening of the Sage character. This skill can only be used while wearing the Elvia Awakening Weapon.
- Even if you do not move after using the Rift Chain skill, stamina has been changed to gradually decrease.
- Rift Chain skill has been changed so that other adventurers can see the movement effect during the cooldown time.
- When using the pad-only UI, the phenomenon that the black spirit skill demonstration button was exposed in some awakening skills without black spirit skill has been corrected.
- A challenge has been added to obtain the awakening vision of the Sage character in the lab.
