Class Reboots
The class reboots will be released on the live servers once they are completed for all the classes.
Before using the skills of rebooted classes on the Black Desert Global Lab, please make sure to reset your character’s skills to minimize any possible issues.
Patch notes related to the class reboot on the Black Desert Global Lab will be translated to other languages and released afterward.
Musa/Maehwa – Face preset added
- The appearance (customization) of the representative characters of the Musa/Maehwa class has been improved as follows.
- The default costume and portrait in the character creation window have been changed.
- One new face type and one hairstyle have been added for Musa and Maehwa.
- Added 1 new eyebrows for Musa.
- You can continue to select the existing face type and hair shape in the future.
- New customization is applied to the basic appearance when newly created, and in the case of an already created character, changing the appearance through the Beauty (F4) function is applied.
- ※ The Black Desert Lab does not support the Beauty (F4) function, but you can check the update through character creation.
- The default costume and portrait in the character creation window have been changed.

Along with the character reboot, representative character customization of the existing 17 classes will be added. Today, the basic appearance of the representative character of Samurai/Maehwa has been added, and new face types and hairstyles for the remaining classes will be added in the future. (After the reboot update, when you create a character in the future, the appearance will be set as the default appearance.)
This update was created with the intention of further enhancing the external appeal of the existing characters. In particular, there were a lot of additional requests from adventurers for each character’s face, clean skin, and new hairstyles, and I hope this update will quench your thirst for these parts.

- The value of resistance applied in PvP has been changed to apply up to 80%, and the value for ignoring resistance has also been changed to apply up to 80%.
- The phenomenon of grabbing a character in a position that should not be caught has been corrected when using some classes of grabbing skills.
- All characters’ rearward movement guards and if the guards are destroyed while using the following skills, the guards are destroyed and the guards cannot be recovered.
- If the guard gauge is 0, it has been changed so that it does not become a front guard even if you move backwards.
- Changed so that the front guard effect is not applied during guard destruction.
- When the guard gauge is 0, the following skills are not activated.

Siege/Node War
- The maximum number of people who can join a Guild Alliance has been increased from 100 to 150.
