Elvia Awakening Weapon and Skills
- The power of three ancient spirits that can be obtained from monsters in the area ‘Elvia’ encroached on Hadum was discovered.
- The three ancient spirits are the former masters of Elvia, the realm of Hadum. Valtarra, Okiara, and Narc, who assisted Sylvia, disappeared together when Sylvia was expelled from Elvia. Responding to the power of adventurers, they began to reappear.
- If you catch the monsters in the Hadum area, young Valtarra, young Okiara, and young Narc will appear and you can receive energy of fire, water and lightning from them. This ancient spirit’s energy is instantly embodied as a weapon and can be used immediately when acquired. The weapon is an awakening weapon.
- Elvia awakening weapons have very strong basic attack power, and are particularly effective against monsters encroached by Hadum.
- The ‘Elvia’ awakening weapon will expire 1 hour after it is acquired, so it must be used within this time. The maximum durability is 10 and cannot be repaired.
- Elvia-only skills have been added to all characters and can only be used while wearing the Elvia Awakening Weapon.
The three attributes of awakening weapons that can be obtained in the area ‘Elvia’ encroached by Hadum are disposable items, and were manufactured in consideration of the characteristic combat and ventilation aspects of each Hadum hunting ground. The power of ancient spirits is first manifested only as an awakening weapon, but the main weapon will be available later.
In addition, the Elvia skills added this time is only for elemental awakening weapons, and was designed to give a more certain effect on hunting. Please note that these skills are separate from the new awakening-only skills announced at this Calpe:ON banquet, and the new awakening-only skill is currently being developed and will be released after it is completed.
Old Moon Grand Prix
- If you take the “Grand Prix Running Certificate” to Gula the <Stable Keeper> at Stonetail Horse Ranch, Gula will recognize your experience running for the Grand Prix and provide training experience.
- You can achieve the Beginner Lv. 6 75% by exchanging the Training EXP once based on the Training Beginner Lv.1.
- The training experience earned through the Grand Prix running certificate is not affected by the increase in the amount of life experience gained.
- Modified so that the key guide button is not exposed in the ranking result window during the Old Moon Grand Prix.
- A UI that displays the cooldown time when using escape while participating in the Old Moon Grand Prix has been added.
- A notification UI has been added while waiting for the Grand Prix of the Old Moon.
Red Battlefield Changes
- The ability to change equipment while fighting in the red battlefield has been added.
- However, after entering the Red Battlefield, the equipment cannot be replaced with a value higher than the sum of the attack and defense values of the originally equipped gear.
Hunting Changes
- When hunting monsters (grass rhino, ebon wolf, ebon lion) appearing in Odylita Naxxion area, the hunting experience that can be obtained has been increased.
- The hunting experience that can be obtained when slaughtering after killing a Grass rhino has been increased by about 4.5 times compared to the previous one.
- The hunting experience that can be obtained when slaughtering after killing the Ebon Wolf has been increased by about 8 times compared to the previous one.
- The hunting experience that can be obtained when slaughtering after killing the Ebon Lion has been increased by about 1.4 times compared to the previous one.
Automatic Mount Skill Improvements
- The automatic skill use function during the automatic movement of horses has been changed to be visible only when the character’s training level is at least Artisan Lv.1.
- The bug that the instrument could not be played even if the mount was not boarded has been fixed.

- The bug that truffles in the secret cave were not collected has been corrected.
- The duration of the item description of the elixir of the fallen iron armor has been corrected to 8 minutes to match the actual effect.
Monster
- The probability of appearance of the next world boss has been increased.

- The bug that the Bloodstained Nouver moved too often has been improved.
- The amount of miscellaneous items and silver coins that can be obtained when defeating monsters in the following mediah hunting grounds has been increased by about twice as compared to the previous one. Accordingly, the item drop rate has been reduced by about 50% compared to the previous one. When hunting without using the item drop increase buff, the burden on using pets is reduced.

- The bug that the distant view appeared abnormal when changing the Game settings → screen quality has been fixed.
User Interface
- The scroll alignment of the dye palette window has been naturally corrected.
- When searching for ‘dye’ in the (New) menu, the icon has been modified so that it is displayed normally
Class Changes
All Classes
- The bug of walking in the sea when connected with a specific character has been corrected.
- All characters have been changed to have a separate cooldown time of 30 minutes when using 200% of the Black Spirit’s Rage skill.
- If you receive the Witch, Wizard’s Protection Area skill and Valkyrie’s Elion’s Protection skill buff, an effect for 1 minute is additionally applied.
- While this effect lasts, the Witch, Wizard’s Protection Area skill and Valkyrie’s Elion’s Protection skill buff cannot be applied again.
- Witch, Wizard’s Area of Protection / Valkyrie’s Elion’s Protection / Mystic Infinite Fortitude / The effect of increasing defense by 999 (the effect of each skill), has been changed to a 40% increase in damage reduction rate.
- To help new adventurers adapt to the Black Desert combat a little easier, features have been added to help determine the degree of movement and distance.
- Now, when fighting, the position of the nearest monster is displayed in a direction.
- When the distance to the monster is within a certain distance (6m), a function has been added that allows you to attack by moving towards the monster instead of attacking in place when using your basic attack (holding left click or right click).
- When using a skill that moves and attacks at the same time, a function that will automatically move toward the nearest monster (within 6m) has been added.
- This feature is provided as an option and is automatically turned on only for new adventurers. Existing adventurers will remain in the default off state.
- You can check this function in ‘Easy Combat Helper’ in the Game Settings → Convenience.

Warrior
- Counter Slash skill’s pre-attack movement and speed during attack have been increased.

- It has been changed so that it is possible to link to the Chase skill while using the Decapitating Cyclone and Decapitating Dragon skills.
- The effect of increasing attack speed by 15% for 10 seconds upon successful hitting with Decapitating Dragon has been added.

- When moving and colliding with an enemy, Sturdy Smite attack has been changed to trigger immediately.
- Left-click while moving, it has been changed to trigger the Sturdy Smite attack immediately.
- When jumping, it has been changed to trigger the Sturdy Smite attack immediately.
- The effect of all defense reduction 20 for 10 seconds upon successful hitting of Sturdy Smite has been changed to 10 effect on melee defense reduction for 10 seconds upon successful hitting.
- The bug that sound effects were not output in some movements when starting the Black Spirit: Absolute: Black Blood Circle skill has been corrected.
Hashashin
- The cooldown of Sand Tornado has been reduced from 35 seconds to 30 seconds.
- The stamina required to use the Sand Tornado skill has been reduced from 300 to 250.
- The damage amount of Sand Tornado has been changed as follows.
