Coupon Codes – J’s Hammer

Introduction

Coupon Codes are often shared by Pearl Abyss (the game developers) and are usually accessible to all players for a set period of time. The coupons can come from events, giveaways, Amazon Prime Gaming, etc.

You can enter a valid Coupon Code on the official website by going to “Shop” > “Redeem Coupon Code”.
You can also claim coupon codes directly in-game through the ESC menu > “Adventurer Support” (F11) > “Redeem Coupon Code” (4).

Redeemed coupon items are sent to your in-game mailbox (B).

How to Redeem

Redeem on the official website

Log in on the [Official Black Desert Website]
Then, click “Shop” > “Redeem Coupon” from the drop-down menu at the top.
Or, go to “My Page” > “Use Black Desert Coupon” > [Go to Coupon].

When you click the [Redeem Coupon] link, you will be directed to a page where you can type in your coupon code (16 digits). Type in the exact numbers and letters then make sure to select the correct region.

Redeemed coupon items are sent to your in-game mailbox (B).

Redeem Coupons in-game

You can also enter codes directly in-game without having to log in on the official website.

Go to the main menu (ESC) > Adventurer Support (F11) > “Use Coupon” (4).

You will see a window that asks you to enter your coupon code. Type in the exact numbers and letters and click [Use].

Important Coupons to Redeem

Approximately every 6 months, the developers host a live presentation on Youtube and Twitch. The event is called either Heidel Ball (in summer) or Calpheon Ball (in winter). At these events, Pearl Abyss shares upcoming content with players, and very important coupon codes with exclusive rewards are also shared. You can only get these special items from the Heidel or Calpheon Ball events.

What is J’s Hammer of Loyalty?

Try to save this item for big enhancements that would usually cost a lot of Cron Stones for a protected attempt. Some examples would be PEN Blackstar Weapon attempts, PEN Godr-Ayed Weapon, TRI Fallen God Armor, TRI Labreska Armor.

The J Hammer is a free protected enhancement attempt. It is the same as using Cron Stones on your gear. The J Hammer can only be used on Weapons or Armor.

Try to save this item for big enhancements that would usually cost a lot of Cron Stones for a protected attempt.

Some examples would be PEN Blackstar Weapon attempts, PEN Godr-Ayed Weapon, TRI Fallen God Armor, TRI Labreska Armor.
