Introduction
Igor Bartali’s Adventure Log is a set of quests/achievements you can complete once per account for extra rewards.
The rewards are family-wide and include a variety of stat upgrades such as AP and DP increases, weight limit, HP increases, and enhancement increases. You are also rewarded with an Advice of Valks +100 upon completing Volume 10 of Igor Bartali’s Adventure Log.
To save you time when completing this adventure log, I recommend purchasing the following items from the Central Market before you start (if available):
- Magic Tanning Knife
- Hunting Matchlock
- Witch’s Earring
- Concentrated Herbal Juice x3
- Balenos Meal
- PRI Serap’s Necklace
- Forbidden Book x5
- Seafood Cron Meal
- Part for Explorer’s Compass x3
- Once you have unlocked the Adventure Log, press ESC to open the main menu, then select “Adventure” and then “Adventure Log Bookshelf”.
- Click the bookshelf under “Igor Bartali’s Adventures”, then select Book #1 to start.
Now you can view your unlocked Volumes and begin to complete the tasks in each one. You will start with Volume 1 only and will unlock the next Volume once you have completed all of the tasks in the previous one.
When you complete a goal, you must press the reward text in your Adventure log to receive the reward. Use the buttons at the bottom of the pages to turn each page of the Volume.

Volume 1: Chapter 1
Travel to Cyclops Land, located near Trent and south of Calpheon city. Defeat 1 Cyclops monster. The monster should be easy to defeat at level 51+ and with minimal gear.
After defeating the monster, go into the cave nearby to complete Volume 1: Chapter 3 BEFORE you move to Velia for Chapter 2. This will save you time instead of running back and forth.
Volume 1: Chapter 2
For chapter 2, you must catch a yellow-grade fish in Velia. Go to the location shown in the image below, and swap to fishing mode by clicking the icon under your HP bar in the top left of your screen.
After swapping to fishing mode, you can start fishing straight away without needing to buy a fishing rod. Walk up to the water and press SPACE to cast the fishing line. You then need to wait for a bite, which can take a few minutes. You can either go AFK and your character will fish automatically as long as there is space in your inventory, or you can play the fishing mini-game yourself. It can take a while sometimes to catch a yellow-grade fish, but there are no special requirements and you can catch a yellow-grade fish at any level.

Volume 1: Chapter 3
Go to the Crioville node and head south into the cave. You need to defeat the Earth Root Nymph monsters until you gain knowledge of them.

Volume 2: Chapter 1
On the hill just north-west of Behr town, there are Elks. Kill one of the Elks and press (R) when next to the corpse to butcher it and gather the meat. Collecting the meat will complete the chapter.
After collecting the meat, you may want to complete Chapter 4 in this section as well since it is at Behr town nearby.
Volume 2: Chapter 2
For this chapter you need to kill a Giant Brown Bear and then press (R) to butcher the bear and collect the meat. The closest bear can be found west of Treant Forest along the road that leads towards Ash Forest.
Volume 2: Chapter 3
Purchase a matchlock and then go to Lake Kaia, located south-west of Calpheon. Stand on the small island in the middle of the lake (there are no monsters here so its safe) and equip your matchlock. There are Crocodiles that swim around the island and you can shoot them with your matchlock by pressing LMB, and then RMB to reload.
After killing one of the crocodiles, swim to it and climb on top of the corpse. You can then press (R) to butcher the crocodile and collect the meat.
Volume 2: Chapter 4
Purchase a “Magic Tanning Knife” from the central market and hand it over to Likke Behr in Behr town.
If the Magic Tanning Knife is unavailable on the market, you can craft the Tanning knife yourself using a worker at a Level 3 Tool Workshop. You will need the following materials:
- Steel x1,
- Iron Ingot x10,
- Fine Hard Hide x1,
- Maple TImber x1,
- Black Stone Powder x5
Volume 2: Chapter 5
Find the NPC “Harden” in Calpheon city. Harden is the trade manager on the north side of the city.
Use the chat option to find “Trent Carpentry Tool” and spend 10 energy to obtain the knowledge.
Volume 2: Chapter 6
Go to Treant Forest and kill 20 Treant monsters in the area.
Volume 2: Chapter 7
There is an abandoned cabin along the river at Trent Forest. Behind the cabin there is a large glowing tree stump in the shape of a flower. Interact with the Mysterious Tree Stub to complete this chapter.

Volume 3: Chapter 1
Kill one of the crows at the Hexe Sanctuary node. You can find the crows along the road leading up to the node.
Volume 3: Chapter 2
Go to the Witch’s Chapel node and talk to the node manager NPC named “Hexe’s Curse”. The node manager can be found inside the building.
Volume 3: Chapter 3
Defeat one of the “Green Orc Skeleton Warrior” monsters. They are elite monsters found wandering around the area at Hexe Sanctuary. You can usually find them easily on top of the hills. Use the mini-map on the screenshot below to find one of the spawn locations.
Volume 3: Chapter 4
For this chapter you must show a Witch’s Earring to Becker. You can purchase a Witch’s Earring from the central market, or you can kill monsters at Hexe Sanctuary for the chance to obtain one.
I would recommend buying one from the market if possible to save time. If you haven’t already, you can also complete the once-per-account quest to obtain a Witch’s Earring. This requires you to kill 300 monsters in the area and the quest shows next to your mini-map when you enter the area.
Volume 3: Chapter 5
Kill 20 of the monsters named “Skeleton” at Hexe Sanctuary.

Volume 4: Chapter 1
Gather Silver Azalea x5. These flowers can be found around Hexe Sanctuary, not too far from Becker. Check the map from BDOlytics below for spawn locations.
Volume 4: Chapter 2
Go to Behr and buy an Empty Bottle x1 from the Material Vendor NPC “Indri”. Then go to the river behind the NPC and stand in the river. Right-click the Empty Bottle in your inventory to start gathering the water.
Once you have collected a “Bottle of River Water”, open the processing window by pressing (L). Select the heating option along the top of the window and then right-click the Bottle of River Water in your inventory. Finally, press the “Start” button to create Distilled Water.
Volume 4: Chapter 3
For this chapter, you need to obtain a Fairy’s Breath. This item is a byproduct from gathering with a tool equipped and is obtained randomly when Lumbering, Skinning, Fluid Collecting, Gathering, Mining, Butchering or Water Collecting.
I would recommend collecting the sap from the trees around Behr with a Fluid Collector since you will need a Fluid Collector for the next chapter anyway. You can choose to do any type of gathering that you like though.
Volume 4: Chapter 4
To complete chapter 4, you must kill an Ogre in Mansha Forest and then collect their blood after by pressing (R) on the corpse.

Volume 5: Chapter 1
For this chapter, you need to make Highly Concentrated Herbal Juice x5.
This can be done through the Processing window (press L to open), then using the Simple Alchemy option.
To craft x1 Highly Concentrated Herbal Juice, you can either use:

- or Special Herb x1 + Mineral Water x1
How to obtain the materials:
Mineral Water is purchased at any Cooking Vendor. You can use your NPC finder to find the nearest one.
Special Herbs can be obtained either through Farming or the Central Market. You can use any of the following Special Herbs:

Volume 5: Chapter 2
For chapter 2, you need to kill any 30 Rhutum monsters at the Rhutum Outpost node.
Volume 5: Chapter 3
This chapter requires you to gather a Cabbage. You don’t need any Lifeskill tools to collect the Cabbage and the closest location is Gabino Farm, south-west of Calpheon City.
Volume 5: Chapter 4
Consume a Balenos Meal. I recommend buying this item from the Central Market. You can also craft it yourself in a residence using a Cooking Utensil.
If you craft the item yourself, you need to be Skilled Lv.6 or higher in the Cooking Lifeskill.

Volume 6: Chapter 1
To complete this chapter you either need to join or create a Guild.
- If you join a guild, all your characters on your account will join, so you can only join 1 guild per account
- If you leave a guild you must wait 24 hours before you can join a new one
To join a guild press (G) to open the Guild window. From here you can search the type of guild you would like to join, then click the “Join” button to apply to the guild. I would also recommend joining the Official BDO discord and checking the Guild Recruitment channel.
You can also create your own guild at a Guild Manager NPC. Creating a guild costs 100,000 silver
Volume 6: Chapter 2
Kill any 10 Trolls at the Quint Hill node. Monsters with the “Ancient” name also count.
Volume 6: Chapter 3
For this chapter you need to obtain knowledge of all the Calpheon City Merchants by speaking to certain NPCs. I recommend using the video below to help you find the locations. You can also use BDOCodex.com or BDOlytics.com to find the NPC locations.
To check your knowledge, press (H) > Character > People of Calpheon > Vendors of Calpheon City

Volume 6: Chapter 4
For this chapter you simply need to press [ENTER] to open the chat window, then type “12” into General chat.
Volume 6: Chapter 5
Go to the Storage Keeper in Calpheon and use the “Chat” option to rent a Storage Container. This item costs 10 Contribution Points to rent.
Once you have the Storage Container, go to Valks in Calpheon to show the item to the NPC and complete the chapter.
You can return the Storage Container afterwards by going back to the Storage Keeper NPC and using the chat option, then “[Return] Container”. This will give you your 10 contribution points back.
Volume 6: Chapter 6
This chapter requires you to tame a wild horse. I recommend reading our Horse Taming guide before you start, but you will need to take a few items with you.
- First, purchase a Capturing Rope from a Stable Keeper.
- You then need to go to a Cooking Vendor and buy Raw Sugar x10 + Mineral Water x1.
- Open the Processing Window by pressing (L), then choose the Heating option to turn the Raw Sugar and Mineral Water into a Lump of Raw Sugar.
The closest location for wild horses is either near Keplan, or Port Epheria.

Volume 7: Chapter 1
Go to Florin and press “R” on one of the Medicinal Herb Brewers. The aim of the mini-game is to press [SPACE] when the yellow bar is inside the highlighted section. You must do this successfully 5 times to complete the mini-game and finish chapter 1.
Volume 7: Chapter 2
Gather an Everlasting Herb. You have a much higher chance of obtaining the herb if you have a Hoe gathering tool equipped. The herb can be found south-east of Florin at just a few spawn locations. Use the image below and use the mini-map as a reference to find the herb. For other locations, you can check BDOlytics.
The herb has a long respawn time after it has been gathered so you may have some trouble collecting it directly from an Everlasting Herb plant. As an alternative, you can gather from wild herbs around Behr and you should get the herb after some time.
Volume 7: Chapter 3
For chapter 3 you need to carry a lost lamb. The fastest and easiest way to complete this task is by gaining 10 amity with Murana Lynch at Lynch Ranch to unlock a quest. Use the “Greet” option when stood next to Muruna until you have 10 amity, then take the “Lost Lamb” quest. Pick up the lost lamb nearby and take it back to Murana Lynch to complete the quest.
To accept the quest, you also need to have finished part of the Serendia Main Story Questline. If you have not finished this questline, then the alternative but slower option is to carry a lamb to Islin Bartali near Velia.

Volume 7: Chapter 4
Purchase a PRI Serap’s Necklace from the central market and show it to Islin Bartali in Velia.
If you cannot purchase a PRI Serap’s Necklace, you can enhance one yourself using 2 base Serap’s Necklaces. The necklace should usually be available on the market, but it drops from monsters at Desert Naga Temple, Titium Valley, and Waragon’s Nest.

Volume 8: Chapter 1
For this chapter, you need to mount any wagon with 4 wheels. I recommend buying a Farm Wagon from a Stable Keeper in a city for 1,300,000 silver. Register the mount in your stable then get the wagon out of the stable. You don’t need to attach any horses to use the wagon and can mount it straight away to complete the task.
Other wagons you can use such as a Trade Wagon or Merchant Wagon can be bought from the central market:
Volume 8: Chapter 2
Make 1 Cold Draft Beer using a cooking utensil in your residence. Cold Draft Beer is a proc and randomly obtained when making Beer. To get the Cold Draft Beer you need to be at least Skilled Lv.1 or higher in Cooking.
The recipe for Beer is:

Leavening Agent x2
The Mineral Water, Sugar, and Leavening Agent can be bought from a Cooking vendor.
For the grain, you can use Wheat, Barley, Corn, Potato, or Sweet Potato but you need to use x5 of the same grain. These grains can be obtaining through the Farming lifeskill, from certain nodes (such as Finto Farm, Bartali Farm, Loggia Farm), gathering using bare hands or a hoe, and can also be purchased from the central market.
I recommend gathering the potato fields around Velia. The potatoes can be found around Finto Farm, Bartali Farm and Loggia Farm.
Volume 8: Chapter 3
Chapter 3 requires you to kill a weasel and then press “R” on the body to collect the Weasel Blood. Weasels can be found all around Velia.
I recommend collecting at least 2 Weasel Blood so you can use it for the next chapter as well.
Volume 8: Chapter 4
You must create a Wise Man’s Blood using an Alchemy Tool in your residence. You must be Apprentice Lv.1 or higher in the Alchemy lifeskill.
The recipe for Wise Man’s Blood is:
Monk’s Branch x1
Trace of Nature x1
Clear Liquid Reagent x1
Fox/Weasel Blood x2
Monk’s Branch can be gathered by chopping various trees.
Trace of Nature can be obtained either from grinding certain monsters (such as Sausan Garrison, Desert Naga Temple, Cadry Ruins, Crescent Shrine, Pila Ku Jail, Roud Sulfur MIne etc.), or from Excavation Nodes (such as Ancient Stone Chamber, Glish Ruins, Rhua Tree Stub, Pilgrim’s Sanctum – Humility, Tooth Fairy Forest, Sherekhan Necropolis, etc.)
Clear Liquid Reagent must be crafted with Alchemy in a residence using the following recipe: Salt x1 + Sunrise Herb x1 + Purified Water x1 + Wild Grass or Weeds x1
I recommend crafting Clear Liquid Reagent to get to Apprentice Lv.1 so you can make the Wise Man’s Blood.
Volume 8: Chapter 5
For Chapter 5 you need to rent a cannon and cannonballs from Tranan Underfoe (the Blacksmith) in Velia. You must spend 20 energy to rent 1 Cannon and 10 Cannonballs. If you lose the cannon or need more cannonballs you must go back to Tranan Underfoe and spend more energy.
You then need to go to a certain location at Cron Castle and hit the practise dummies in the water with a cannonball. To do this, go into Cron Castle then drop down onto the ledge shown in the screenshot below.
Once there, right-click the cannon in your inventory to place it. Put a cannonball into the cannon (one at a time) then press “R” to mount the cannon.
Make sure you are not in a party or platoon for this chapter because it can stop you from completing the task
Hold SHIFT + S to aim the cannon as high as possible then aim the cannon to match the screenshot below. Once you are ready, hold LMB to charge the shot. When the yellow bar is at around 75% you can let go to fire the cannon shot.
Check your adventure log to see if you hit the target. If successful, you can leave by going to the ESC menu > Character > Escape.
If the cannon ball does not hit the target, try shooting more to the right (above and over the tower instead). It really depends where you place your cannon and you may need to try a few times to get it to hit.
Volume 8: Chapter 6
After completing all the other chapters, you can simply talk to your Black Spirit using the “chat” option. Click “After Reading Bartali’s Adventures” to complete this task.

Volume 9: Chapter 1
For this chapter you must locate 3 Gem Studded Ornaments items and use Yaz’s Combinables Pouch to put the items in a line and combine them.
You can use the “chat” option with your Black Spirit for hints of where to find the items.
Item #1 – Red-gem Studded Ornament:
- The first gem is found north of the Ancient Ruins Excavation Site node.
- It is inside the cave and the entrance can be found south of the gems location.
Item #2 – Yellow-gem Studded Ornament:
- This item is easy to find and is located at the Kamaslyve Temple node.
- The gem can be found in front of Herawen by interacting with the “Hidden Place” object.
Item #3 – Blue-gem Studded Ornament:
- The final item can be found north of the Stonebeak Shore node in Mediah.
- Unlike the other 2 items, the Black Spirit doesn’t take you directly to the gem and you need to find it yourself in the underground cave
- After following the waypoint from your Black Spirit, look for NPC Vagabond on the edge of the cliff.
- Underneath him there is a small ledge about halfway down the cliff that you must carefully drop onto.Swim to the east and climb back up if you miss the ledge.
- The ledge is where the cave entrance is. You can summon the Black Spirit again to ask for directions to help you from here.
- Go into the cave to the end. There is a hole on the left side that you can creep through if you crouch (using Q).
- Once you are through the first hole, there is a second hole to crouch through on the right side.
- The gem can then be found in this room on the table.
Once you have all 3 items, open your inventory and press the Yaz’s Combinables Pouch icon. A small inventory window will open and you can place all 3 items into this window in a horizontal line. The correct order is: Red, Yellow, then Blue. A small (+) button will appear which you can click to combine the items.
Volume 9: Chapter 2
You must create a Balenos Traditional Cooking Utensil. This item can be crafted at a level 1 Tool Workshop, which you must purchase using Contribution Points.
Click on a city then use the filter in the top right to search for houses that have a level 1 tool workshop. You will also need a worker in the city to send to the workshop and create the item for you. Workers can be purchased at a Work Supervisor NPC and you can hire 1 worker in each city before you need lodging for them.
Once you have a worker and the Tool Workshop, you can create a Balenos Traditional Cooking Utensil using the following items:
Melted Iron Shard x10
Black Stone Powder x10
Rough Stone x8
It should be easy to purchase the items from the central market, you then need to put them in the city storage for the worker to use. The objective completes as soon as you start producing the Cooking Utensil.
Volume 9: Chapter 3
Chapter 3 requires you to kill any 10 monsters at the Sausan Garrison monster zone in Mediah.
Volume 9: Chapter 4
You must complete the Knowledge Battle with Haley questline which starts at NPC Haley (located near the Storage Keeper in Altinova).
The questline requires you to correctly answer 21 questions and in total you need 105 energy to complete the questline (or more if you answer incorrectly).
- Talk to Haley and then check the note on the table nearby. You must check the note for all questions because it is part of the quest objective.
- Then go to Belgar (the Jeweler) and spend 5 energy to select the correct answer from the chat options.
- Go back to Haley to hand in the quest and take the next quest in the chain.

Volume 10: Chapter 1
Defeat the Elite Helm Golem at the Helm’s Post Monster Zone. The monster can be found outside and also in the cave at Helm’s Post.
Volume 10: Chapter 2
Obtain knowledge of all the monsters in the Creatures of Mediah knowledge category. For this knowledge you need to defeat the monsters and you have a chance of obtaining knowledge on them, so it can be annoying to complete since you need to wait for monster spawn times. Hop servers and utilize your guild home servers for monsters that are annoying to find.
I recommend using the video below to help you find the locations. You can also use BDOCodex.com or BDOlytics.com to find the monster locations.

Volume 10: Chapter 3
For chapter 3, you must complete 1 Cartian Spell boss scroll. This scroll can be created using Forbidden Books x5.
Forbidden Books can be purchased from the Central Market, or all Mediah grind spots:
- Kratuga
- Abandoned Iron Mine
- Canyon of Corruption
- Elric Shrine
- Helms Post
- Manes Hideout
- Sausan Garrison
- Soldiers’ Cemetery
- Wandering Rogue Den
Once you have 5 Forbidden Books, open your inventory and click the “Yaz’s Combinables Pouch” icon at the bottom. Right-click the Forbidden Books to add them to Yaz’s Pouch and then rearrange the pieces to make the image below in a (+) shape. Click the (+) button in the corner to combine and create a Cartian Spell Scroll.
Right-click the Cartian Spell in your inventory to set an autopath to the spawn location. When you arrive you can right-click the Cartian Spell again to start the scroll. You need to kill 3 bosses to complete the scroll. Afterwards, talk to your Black Spirit to obtain the rewards from the boss scroll.
Volume 10: Chapter 4
You must kill 5 Ancient Weapon monsters in the cave at Hasrah Cliff.
Volume 10: Chapter 5
Speak to Ahon Kirus in Tarif to complete this chapter.

Volume 11: Chapter 1
You must create a Potato Crate. This item can be crafted at a level 1 Crop Workshop, which you must purchase using Contribution Points.
Click on a city then use the filter in the top right to search for houses that have a level 1 tool workshop. Volume 11: Chapter 2
Make a node connection from Sand Grain Bazaar to Pilgrim’s Haven. This will cost 3 CP (contribution points). This can be done using your map if you have a Value Pack active, first click the Pilgrim’s Haven node, then click “invest Contribution” in the top left.
If you don’t have a Value Pack active or either of the nodes are not discovered, then you must go to the node directly and speak with the Node Manager NPC to invest in the node.
Volume 11: Chapter 3
For this task you must right-click a Bag of Muddy Water in your inventory to consume it. You can either buy the Bag of Muddy Water from the central market, or you can gather it yourself.
If you want to gather it yourself you first need to buy a Shabby Shovel from Kulahuth (the Material Merchant NPC) in Sand Grain Bazaar. Then walk into the Valencia desert until your mini-map becomes hidden, and right-click the Shabby Shovel to start digging.
Volume 11: Chapter 4
You must right-click a Seafood Cron Meal to consume the food. You can buy this from the central market, or craft it using Processing (L) > Simple Cooking.
To make Seafood Cron Meal yourself, you must use the following recipe:
Balenos Meal x3
Calpheon Meal x3
Margoria Seafood Meal x1
Ancient Cron Spice x1
Ancient Cron Spice can be purchased from a Cooking Vendor NPC.
Volume 11: Chapter 5
The final task in book 11 requires you to use a Book of Training on the training dummies.
First go the Jamey Drucker NPC that sells the Book of Training items. The closest NPCs can be found in either Altinova or Valencia. You can also find the closest NPC by going to ESC > Function > Find NPC, and searching “Training” or “Jamey Drucker”
Once you are at the NPC, purchase the Book of Training – Combat (1 Hour) item for 1,000,000 silver. Right-click the book in your inventory to activate the buff. You will be able to interact with the training dummies near Jamey Drucker, by pressing “R” next to them.
You must not be in a party and should also make sure you have a main-hand weapon and offhand equipped or you will not be able to interact with the training dummies.

Volume 12: Chapter 1
For this chapter you must defeat the world boss Kutum when the boss spawns. The boss will drop an item called Ancient Creature’s Fragment, which you must take to Desalam NPC outside of the boss room at the Scarlet Sand Chamber node.
Volume 12: Chapter 2
Collect 3 Part for Explorer’s Compass by defeating monsters at Titium Valley, Pila Ku Jail, Roud Sulfur Works, Aakman Temple, or Hystria Ruins. You can also buy the parts from the central market. Once you’ve collected 3 parts, open Yaz’s Combinables Pouch and place the 3 items in a horizontal line (—) to create an Ancient Explorer’s Compass.
Volume 12: Chapter 3
Go to Bochlo NPC at Sand Grain Bazaar and purchase a Desert Tent Tool. Then go into the Valencia Desert until the mini-map becomes hidden. Right-click the Desert Tent Tool in your inventory to use the item.
Volume 12: Chapter 4
You must mount a camel. If you don’t have a camel you can get one for free by completing the Your Best Friend in the Desert quest from Bochlo in Sand Grain Bazaar. The quest requires you to be level 55+.
Before leaving Sand Grain Bazaar, I recommend grabbing the quest “The Adorable and Trusty Porter, Miniature Elephant” from Bochlo the Stable Keeper. This quest is required for Volume 13: Chapter 6 so you will save time by obtaining the quest now before moving towards Shakatu.

You must challenge and beat the Shakatu NPC at a game of Yar!
The NPC can be found in Shakatu town at the top of the steps heading east of up the cliff. Challenge Shakatu to a game of Yar by clicking the “Yar!” button when speaking to him.
Volume 13: Chapter 3
Defeat x10 Gahaz Bandit monsters at Gahaz Bandits’ Lair (North-east of Shakatu, Valencia)
Volume 13: Chapter 4
This task requires you to speak to the Serazad NPC located inside 
Shakatu’s Villa.
To get inside the villa, you must either have a Secret Book of Old Moon buff active, or you will need to buy a Villa Pass for Shakatu’s Villa for 10 million silver. The villa pass can be bought from the Dumaham NPC outside the villa.
Volume 13: Chapter 5
Simply speak to Torio NPC on the docks west of the Deserted City of Runn node.
Volume 13: Chapter 6
Chapter 6 requires you to ride a miniature elephant. You can obtain the mount by completing a short questline in Valencia on a character that is level 55+. The questline starts at Bochlo NPC with the quest The Adorable and Trusty Porter, Miniature Elephant and takes you to Serazad in Shakatu Villa to continue the quests.

100G Gold Bars x4 or 40 million silver
- This is 40 million silver in gold bars, use the Storage Keeper at Shakatu to convert your silver into gold bars using the “Currency Exchange”.

Obtain knowledge of all the nodes in the Valencia (Great Desert) knowledge category. For this knowledge you need to discover the nodes to obtain knowledge on them. This can be done by speaking to the node manager NPC. it can be annoying to complete since the map is hidden for many of the locations, so it is recommended to use a compass.

Volume 15: Chapter 1
Kill a Valencian Lion using a Matchlock Hunting Rifle, then butcher it by pressing (R) on the corpse to obtain the Lion meat. You will need to collect 10 lion meat.
Volume 15: Chapter 2
Complete the Palm Forest Boy questline starting at Yasum in Arehaza.
The quest requires you to be level 55 or higher and you must have 250 amity with Dudora Doriven to complete the questline. There are a total of 11 quests.
Volume 15: Chapter 3
This chapter requires you to interact with the Ancient Artifact object underneath the Valencia Castle.
First, go to the hidden cave entrance on the east side of the castle.
Go into the cave and drop down into the room. There is a structure with 4 pilars a dome roof. In the middle of the structure is a hole. Fall down the hole to go deeper underground.
Keep going through the passage past the NPCs and you will find another structure which is the Ancient Artifact, interact with the structure to complete the objective. You can then leave the castle using ESC menu > Character > Escape.
Volume 15: Chapter 4
The final challenge in Igor Bartalli’s Adventure log requires you to find and interact with the hidden Castle Wall object in Valencia Castle.
Go inside the castle through the gate and run towards the back of the castle. Follow the slopes and stairs up to the very top of the castle. If the gate to the castle is not open then you can try to use Q + SPACE to lie on the floor and crawl inside, or swap channels.
When you are at the tower at the back of the castle, climb up the ladder to the top. Here, you will find the hidden Castle Wall object to interact with and finish the Adventure log.

I just wanted to say thank you for your brutal honesty and feedback with the guide. This is one of the older guides I have written and it has had a lot of random updates lately to make it easier to complete, so it has become a Frankenstein guide with information just shoved in or taken out. The guide isn’t great or clear anymore and your comment inspired me to go back and completely redo the adventure log using a fresh account and rewrite the guide in detail. It has taken a while but is almost finished now and will be updated soon!
