Purified Lightstones and unwanted Lightstones
Purified Lighstones can be right-clicked to open and obtain a Lightstone of the same category.
However, if you have an unwanted Lightstone, it can be reused to turn back into a Purified Lightstone.
Simply go to the NPC <Wandering Alchemist> Dalishain. Dalishain can be found in any town and will give you a repeatable quest. You can then give him 3 unwanted Lightstones and he will exchange them for 1 Purified Lightstone.
There is also a quest line from Ulan in Ale Village (Mountain of Eternal Winter). The questline requires level 56 or higher and can be completed once per family to receive some Purified Lightstones.
Iridescent Lightstones
In addition to the other lightstones, there is also the “Iridescent Lightstone”, which is uncategorized and does not have any item effect. However, it is used in some combo effects with the other lightstones.
Iridescent Lightstones have a small chance of being obtained from opening Purified Lightstones. They can also drop directly from the following:

How to add and remove Lightstones
Lightstones can be fused to Artifacts by going to the Main Menu (ESC) > Character (F2) > Lightstone Equip Item.
You can also right-click a Lightstone to take you there directly.
This will open the window below and from here you can select the Artifacts and which Lightstones you would like to add to it.
If you would like to remove a Lightstone from an Artifact, you will need an Extraction Tool. This tool is different from the one used to remove crystals from gear and can be bought from any Blacksmith for 10 million silver.
Once you have the extraction tool, you can extract the lightstone at a Blacksmith using the “Extract” option.
You can also remove Lighstones by right-clicking them in the ” Lightstone Equip Item” window, however this will destroy the Lightstone.
Artifacts/Lightstone Inventory and Presets
You can access the Artifacts/Lightstone inventory by clicking the “Artifact Inventory” button at the bottom of your inventory window (I).
Here you can freely store all of your Artifacts and Lightstones, so that they no longer take up space in your bag. You can also filter and fuse lightstones directly from this UI.
You can store up to 30 Artifacts by default in your Artifact Inventory, and can purchase Artifact Inventory +5 Expansion Coupons from the pearl store to expand up to a maximum of 60 slots.
In addition, all players have 10 preset slots to create different Artifacts/Lightstone combinations.
- Click the “Edit Presets” button to start
- Select the preset slot you want to edit
- Right-click the artifacts to add them to the preset
- Change the name of the preset to easily identify them
- Click “Save Preset”
- Directly equip the preset using the “Equip” button next to the preset

Lightstone Combo Effects List
Equipping different combinations of Lighstones in your Artifacts will give you an additional “Combo” bonus (set bonus), as well as the item effects on the Lightstones.
If the combo set effect only requires 3 Lightstones, you can place any Lightstone in the 4th slot, as long as it does not create a different combo.
